We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, tell us.
30-day guarantee
If a product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery at
hello@glowfastskinlab.com and we will refund your order. You do not need to
send the product back. Skincare is personal and what works for one person will
not work for everyone.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@glowfastskinlab.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We
will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your
bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future orders. Orders already shipped are
covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
