Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Below that, US shipping is
calculated at checkout and typically runs $4.90 to $9.90 depending on speed and
weight. International orders are quoted live at checkout by the carrier and are
not eligible for free shipping.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, US orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International
delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you
have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email
hello@glowfastskinlab.com and we will find out what happened.
Duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or
fees charged by their country. These are not included in the price you pay at
checkout.
Wrong address
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact
you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.
