How it works
Subscribing saves you 15 percent on every order of that product. Your
subscription ships automatically every 2 months until you cancel.
What you are agreeing to
When you subscribe, you are signing up for a recurring order. You will be
charged at the discounted price when you place the order, and again each time
your subscription renews, every 2 months, using the payment method on file.
There is no minimum number of orders and no signup fee.
What you will be charged
Your subscription price is 15 percent off the regular price of that product,
plus applicable shipping and tax. If our regular price changes, we will notify
you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it is charged.
Reminders before you are charged
You will receive an email before each renewal so you know a charge is coming and
have time to skip, change, or cancel it.
How to change, skip, or cancel
You can manage your subscription at any time from the account link in your
subscription emails, or by emailing hello@glowfastskinlab.com. You can skip a
delivery, change how often it ships, update your payment or address, or cancel
entirely.
There is no cancellation fee and no penalty. Cancellation takes effect on
future orders. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel before the
renewal date shown in your reminder email. If you are charged after cancelling
because of timing, email us and we will refund it.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know. If it cannot be
collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
